What are the steps in the process?
The Zoning Code Update will consist of four phases, 1.) Project Understanding and Analysis, 2.) Zoning Code Direction, 3.) Zoning Code Preparation, and 4.) Review + Adoption. The Zoning Code will be adopted concurrently with the General Plan Update, and is expected to finish by summer/fall 2024.
